Books I'm looking forward to reading in 2022

In addition to my general magpie-like reading and obsessive collecting and enormous TBR, there are some specific books I'm looking forward to reading in 2022.

Here are some that came out in 2021 and I didn't get to last year:
  • M. John Harrison, The Sunken Land Begins to Rise Again
  • Lavie Tidhar, The Escapement
  • Samuel R. Delany, Occasional Views part 1 and Of Solids and Surds
  • HervĂ© Le Tellier, The Anomaly [Currently reading it. Thank you, Toronto Public Library!]
Also v. much looking forward to these books being released this year (2022):
  • Jennifer Egan, The Candy House
  • Olga Tokarczuk, The Books of Jacob
  • Ryan North, How to Take Over the World: Practical Schemes and Scientific Solutions for the Aspiring Supervillain
  • Nicola Griffith, Spear
  • Adam Roberts, The This
  • Sandra Newman, The Men
  • Tim Pratt, Prisoners of Sleep
  • John Crowley, Flint and Mirror
What an incredible list for 2022 releases already!
